What should I do if my cat refuses to use the new Nuvona litter box?
It takes time for cats to get used to a new litter box. We recommend placing the old and new bin next to each other for a while. It may also help to put some of the old litter in the Nuvona litter box to encourage your cat to use the new box.
Is my cat in danger if it enters the Nuvona litter box during the cleaning process?
Do not worry! The Nuvona litter box is equipped with safety sensors that immediately interrupt the cleaning process as soon as your cat enters the box. This makes it absolutely safe for your cat.
Can the Nuvona litter box handle more than one cat?
Certainly, the Nuvona litter box is designed to accommodate multiple cats at the same time. Please note, however, that if used by multiple cats, the waste bin may need to be cleaned more often.
